After working at PA Capital, now part of Apogee Capital, an investment firm with over $37,000,000,000 AUM, David embarked on his real estate journey in late 2019. Since closing his first deal in September 2020, David has sold over $45.6MM in residential real estate. His passion for real estate coupled with his background in engineering and finance has allowed him to understand not only home valuations and market trends, but also structural integrity, design, and functional floor plans. David’s honesty, professionalism, and calming demeanor allow him to guide his clients in making difficult decisions and navigating challenging situations. Additionally, David is able to paint a vision for his clients and investors as he renovates and develops homes in Central Austin and has numerous contacts within Austin and Houston.
